Delivery times

Morning (8am – 12pm) — order by 9:00 AM for same day
Afternoon (12pm – 4pm) — order by 12:00 PM for same day
Evening (4pm – 8pm) — order by 3:00 PM for same day

Payment

Pay on delivery by cash or M-Pesa, or pay in advance via M-Pesa Till 000000.

How do I pay?

You can pay on delivery (cash or M-Pesa to our rider) or pay by M-Pesa before delivery once we confirm your total. Just enter your M-Pesa code on your order page.

Why is the final weight sometimes slightly different?

Meat and fish are cut and weighed to order, so the final weight can vary slightly (about ±5%). We'll confirm the exact amount before delivery.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes! Tap the WhatsApp button on any product or on your cart and your order details are sent to us instantly.

How fresh is your meat and fish?

Our meat is sourced daily from trusted, inspected suppliers and cut to order. Seafood is frozen at peak freshness and kept in the cold chain until it reaches your door.

Can you cut the meat to my specification?

Absolutely. Add your preferences (thickness, cubes, mince, bone-in/out) in the order notes at checkout.
