Orders

Placing an order on this website is a request to purchase. An order is confirmed only after our team verifies availability and sends you the delivery fee and final total.

Prices & weights

Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and shown per kilogram or per pack. Meat and fish are cut and weighed to order; final weights may vary slightly and the final total will reflect the actual weight. We confirm any difference before delivery.

Delivery

Delivery fees depend on location and are confirmed after ordering. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods at the chosen time.

Payment

We accept payment on delivery (cash or M-Pesa) and M-Pesa payment before delivery. Orders paid in advance are processed once payment is verified.

Returns & quality

If you're not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
